In other words,
Your Thoughts Create Your Life.

The reasons for this “movement” go beyond just making money. As Jim Rohn said, “Set a goal to become a millionaire for what it makes of you to achieve it.”

Aside from the money, five very valid reasons are:
1. You will develop the characteristics of a millionaire.
Millionaires have a positive attitude. They are action takers and they are not afraid of failures or mistakes.
2. Becoming a millionaire will boost the economy and strengthen the middle class. Current economic and world events point to the need that we
become more financially independent.
3. Become a millionaire so that you can teach others to become a millionaire. Schools don’t teach people how to become financially educated
so you have a perfect opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise to potentially thousands of people world wide.
4. Become a millionaire to secure financial freedom for you and your family. Think the government will come to your rescue? Think again.
Oscar Wilde said, When I was young, I used to think that money was the most important thing in life. Now that I am old, I know it is.”
5. Jim Rohn said to become a millionaire because of the person You will become. You will increase your value in the market place, to society and
to your family and to yourself.

How will you get there? You will need a vehicle, in other words, a business, a product or invention, or some other plan you are working on. If you already have the vehicle that’s great. You also need a plan or a road map detailing your exact route.
If you are just beginning and need directions and support, read the business plan that I am using.

See You At The Top!

 –
About the Author:
I am Dana Carmichael, entrepreneur and internet business owner. I have a passion for personal development and I am always willing to share knowledge and expertise with others.
I live in Dallas TX. Everyone has goals, whether we know it or not. While personal goals are important, another area of goals you may want to pursue is that of career goal setting. Corporate or business goal setting is also a major area of goal interest.

Click Here to Learn How to Set Goals Effectively

In setting goals, it is important to be passionate. More powerful than any goal you ever set is the passion you have for what you want, what you do, and who you are. Find your passion first, and then set your goals around that.

It is also important that your goal be realistic, specific, and detailed. Your goals should be just out of reach, but not out of sight. You want to stretch to be your best, not strain after impossible dreams. Also, top achievers know that to reach their goals, the brain must know exactly, precisely, what they are trying to accomplish. Be specific. Your brain can help you accomplish almost anything if it knows precisely what you are aiming for. In other words, the goal itself is almost never enough. The most effective goals are designed so that you know the goal, the date by which you will achieve it, the quantity by which you will measure it, and how it will change your life. Remember that a goal without a measurable outcome is just a pipe-dream.

Another thing is to make sure that your goals are consistent with your values. If the goal you set is congruent with and allows you to live your most important values, you are more likely to accomplish the goal.

Most importantly, you should believe that you can achieve your goal. If it’s taking longer than you planned, don’t give up. Maybe you’re concentrating too hard on reaching the goal and losing sight of why you set it in the first place.

Click Here to Learn How to Set Goals Effectively

 –
About the Author:
This author writes about Smart Goal Setting Method and Goal Setting Tips
.
Article Source

Tips to a Successful Marriage-This Valentines Day

relationships

Bored

Closest Friend

Express

Extra Mile

Feelings

Friend Check

Happy Marriage

Heart

Hearts

Instincts

Love

Marriage

Marriage Tips

Married Couple

Passion

Presence

Stable Relationship

Successful Marriage

Temptations

Valentines Day

Tips to a Successful Marriage By Gabriella Gometra You start to yell at your husband and tell him that you are mad at him because he does not do his work, he does not care for you, and most of all, and he does not understand your feelings. Yet, your husband stands in front of you patiently waiting for you to stop then says “Yes, I do not understand you. I am sorry.”

Sometimes no matter how right you think you are in a particular thing, you will always have to face the fact that you can sometimes think wrong. In a marriage, probably the most challenging part is keeping your relationship intact. With the presence of temptations in almost all the corners in town, a married couple must go an extra mile in effort to stay strong. Here are a few useful tips for a happy marriage.

Learn the Value of Listening and Trust
If you are very mad at your partner because your friend told you that he is seeing another woman, your first instincts may be to make a scene and tell him how much that hurts you. But before you do, breathe deeply and think about this: not all you hear is true, even if it was said by your closest friend. Check the facts for yourself and clarify things with your husband in a friendly manner. Trust him with all of your heart because without trust, you will always find a reason to fight.

Do Not Think Of the Time
Sometimes, when you are in a relationship for quite sometime already, you tend to feel bored with each other’s company, and you start to fall out of love. When this happens, do not panic and do impractical things to try to renew the spark again. Do not confuse being comfortable with a lack of passion and love. One point of advice is to try to do what both of you did during your early years so that your hearts will remember your early feelings.

Boost Your Love
When you have a stable relationship, do not forget to do things that will boost your partner’s love for you. Remember to express appreciation and do little extra things for them that they do not expect every day. Consider surprising your spouse with a bouquet of flowers or invite him or her to watch their favorite movie with you.

Marriage is more than just being tied to each other. It is the symbol of your vow to love each other at all costs, for better or for worse. Never let petty misunderstandings ruin your relationship and remember that you promised that only “till death do you part.”

Gabriella Gometra, stay-at-home mother and writer, builds sites on a diverse number of topics, such as bike messenger bags and the Dickies messenger bag.

Five Essential Steps to Ensure 2010 is YOUR Year

self improvement

Benefit

Co Workers

Family Friends

Friends And Co

Goals

Honing

Meditation

Money

Passion

People

Relationship

relationships

Relaxation

Set Goals

Sit

Sun Salutes

Time And Space

Warm Water

Year 1

Yoga Exercise

- 1. Stay tuned for an upcoming article on Honing in on Your Purpose.

3. Decide to make your relationships even better! Make a list of your relationships with family, friends and co-workers and look at how you could improve them. How would you rate each of your relationships on a scale from 1 to 10? What could you do, or stop doing, to increase that rating? Make a decision to raise the rating of each relationship, and create a plan!

4. Create time and space for yourself. Running on empty can be the fastest way to sabotage your goals. What refuels you? Even if it’s just 10 minutes a day to sit still and do nothing – Make Time for Yourself! Start small, maybe 5 minutes a day of movement (sun salutes are a simple and powerful yoga exercise that will really get your blood pumping and your body loosened up, even in only 5 minutes) and 5 minutes of sitting (meditation is great, but so is just plain old day dreaming). After a week of 5 minutes of each, see if you can increase this to 10. In a month or two, work your way up to 20 minutes a day of movement, and 20 minutes a day of sitting. By the way, sitting in a tub of warm water doubles or even triples the relaxation benefit!

5. Create support structures for yourself and your goals. Have you noticed how hard it can be to keep promises to yourself? Or to sustain a new routine in the face of all the old “pulls” on your time? So much of what we do minute by minute, day by day, is shaped by the world around us – by our environments. By creating structures of support –carpool with friends to the gym, have lunch and swap recipes with a friend who is also changing their eating habits, join a mastermind group to brainstorm and get support – all of these can make a vital difference in your success. Or you can consider something simple like keeping the TV remote control in another room, in a locked drawer far away from the TV.

These are just a few ideas to help you change old habits, and create space in your life for more of what matters most to you, like working on that new business idea, or spending more quality time with friends and family.

It’s time – the turn of the year is a fabulous opportunity to deliberately create your life to be the way you want it to be.

For more on how to create 2010 to be YOUR year, the best one ever, check out www.coachdinyah.com. Coach Dinyah has been supporting individuals to turn their dreams into reality for more than 20 years. Photography is his first passion and after that comes yoga, which he has practised since he was 16.

A few months ago he started practicing Bikram yoga, a 90 minute cardiovascular work out of 26 postures done in a studio heated to 40.5°C.

For the first time the European Yoga Championships were being held in Dublin last month and Daniel decided to go forward and compete. He got placed and will continue on to represent Ireland in the Yoga World Cup on the 13th February in LA.

A: Daniel, why did you decide to take part in this competition in the first place?
D: At first I was quite shy about competing. I had never heard of a yoga competition before! But I slowly began to change my mind when I saw the other Irish competitors training and pushing themselves to reach their goals in time for the competition. So I signed up and joined the training. Also I thought, “why not!”. I have practiced since I was 16, so it was time to take on a challenge and see just how far I could go with it. Also I wanted to represent the guys, because I think people tend to think of yoga as a girls sport!

A: How do you fit training for a competition like this around your working life?
D: It wasn’t easy. In the run up to the competition I was practising every day after work in the evenings and then doing extra advanced classes on the weekends. So, on a Friday evening and Sunday I would be doing about 5 hours of yoga. It took up a lot of my time, but it was rewarding and great to see the results in my body, using different muscles and seeing a deeper practise just encouraged me to keep going no matter how much it ate into my free time. I think you’ll find the time to do anything you love and where you can see the results!

A: How do you discipline yourself to train when you’ve had a bad day, for example?
D: The hardest thing to do with any training is to start the session. So, if I’ve had a bad day I always say to myself “just start” and the rest will take care of itself. And it does, within the first 10 mins you are having a great session. Often the times when you feel the worst you end up have the best training. In order to keep up the regular discipline my body reminds me, because you feel so good with regular training and with anything good, you don’t want it to stop. Also, the group morale in the studio is great, we encourage each other a lot, which really helps.

A: What motivates you to keep going?
D: I’m motivated by setting new goals for myself. With yoga you can always learn new things about your body and how it reacts to more training. The results you get show just how malleable the body is and how much it can actually handle. For example, whenever I think I can’t go any further I always try, even if it means stretching a few more inches, then you see that you can do it, so the next time you try again. Also, I remind myself of how good I will feel after the
training, which is great motivation.

A: What inspires you?
D: This competition was a huge inspiration, setting myself this goal as something to work towards. The current two world champions came over and held classes and did demos. Seeing Courtney Mace move was definitely inspiring. In fact I will be going to NY to practise with her before the competition in LA. Never thought my holiday would consist of training but it’s really given me something to aim towards and the opportunity to train alongside a world champ is too good to miss!

A: What is the biggest challenge you have overcome, and how?
D: A few years ago I fell skiing, I went over some ice and my ski didn’t come off. Basically my ski went one way and my body went the other way! I tore my Anterior cruciate ligament. The challenge here was being disabled. At the time I was doing daily ashtanga practice so being bed bound when I got back was difficult for me. But I did the physio and lots of yoga and now its as though I’ve never had anything wrong with my knees. It hasn’t limited me in any way, largely because I stuck to a good physio routine and combined it with my yoga practice

Anna Aparicio is a IINLP Accredited Life & Success Coach, speaker and educator, based in Dublin, Ireland.

She uses the most up to date NLP, Hypnosis and live improvement strategies to create massive changes in people’s lives, fast.

Whether you want a more successful career, better relationships, or a healthier body, find out how Anna can help you when you get her Report “Why you’ll never get what you want unless you do this” at http://www.delite.ie

Now you can also connect with Anna via her Blog: http://delitelifesolutions.wordpress.com

Article Source:http://www.articlesbase.com/motivational-articles/inspirational-person-of-the-month-1555891.html

Success- What is it?

relationships

Clue

Contentment

Game

Happiness

Happy Life

Job

Missing Something

Money

Obsession

Passion

Prosperity

Sacrifices

Success

Success is something that we all crave, I think at one time or the other and for some it means one thing for others it means something very different; so the question still remains; Success, What is it? They are not happy unless they have what they think is the best job, at the top of their game, the biggest house, every thing bigger and better than everybody else not that they brag about it, but it is like an obsession, more vividly, a passion that is never satisfied. Obviously, they have not found happiness or contentment with all of their gain or their ability to achieve prosperity and seem to have everything that anybody could possibly need or want. I could wonder who they are really trying to please. Could it be that it is actually not themselves, but someone else? So I am thinking that these individuals are missing something far more important than Success and they don’t have a clue what it is, maybe or maybe not. I really do not think it is Success they are reaching for; I think it something that goes far deeper. Success-When is it enough might be the question that needs an answer as well.

Then there are those who are happy where they are, they actually do not think that much about Success or what it is but they do try to think about their future and the future of their family. They are contented where they are, with what they are doing and their accomplishments. They work hard just like everybody else, they have made sacrifices also but they have a limit to what they will give up to gain more status and wealth and seem to know that having more money does not give them the keys to a happy life. They seem to know that money does buy things, because they have things too, but things are not at the core of their victories. They live their life full of cherished moments; they do not dwell on what money can buy, having a better job or becoming more Successful and definitely not famous. They are just happy with who they are. They appear to be very Successful in their attainment because they have a nice home, drive an nice car, have a great job and their most valuable asset seems to be their family and their values. They do not look at anybody else or their accomplishments, they are triumphant of their own in a modest way but they are also happy when someone they know acquires something Successful too. These people seem to know the meaning of true self worth, true acquisition and they have obtained the ability to handle their gain. Success is a journey for everyone.

Of course, I would not want to leave out these people….and they are those who are simply complacent going to work everyday and repeating it everyday for until retirement. They do no think about Success- What is it…or Success period…they just live their life as it comes and accepts what it brings, one day at a time. Some have a power within that drives them, others are complacent where they are.

You tell me what Success Really is. As we read about Success, we learn that it is not about acquiring money or fame. It just can’t be, because if it were….Tiger W. had it all, did he not? It wasn’t enough…obviously it did not satisfy something…something that he probably doesn’t even know about. He is certainly not grounded and he certainly did not have his values in place nor know what his priorities should have been.

Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value. Albert Einstein

Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing. Abraham Lincoln

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful. Albert Schweitzer

To follow without halt, one aim; there is the secret of success. And success? What is it? I do not find it in the applause of the theater; it lies rather in the satisfaction of accomplishment. Anna Pavlova

There are no gains without pains. Benjamin Franklin

Small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises. Demosthenes

How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because some day in life you will have been all of these. George Washington Carver

One ship sails East,
And another West,
By the self-same winds that blow,
Tis the set of the sails
And not the gales,
That tells the way we go. Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Life is too short to waste time wondering if you can do something; you don’t need anyone’s approval, but yours, do it, if you fail, do something else and in so doing you will find Success- What it really is!

Hi, I am J West and I am here to write, read and learn.
