Refuse to sit back and watch your dreams dwindle away into the air. It is time for you to live your life the way that you deserve to live it. It is time for you to make it happen! Your goals and dreams not happening for you is no longer an option!

If you have ever had a moment where you have felt like you missed it, then you were wrong! You have not missed it. You are still a goal-getter. You still can achieve your dreams. You can still do all that you want to do, and be all that you desire to be. You have the internal power to succeed. So activate your power and make it happen!

It would be wonderful if our dreams and goals rang our doorbell in search of us. But that does not happen. It is up to us to take the necessary steps that bring us closer to the things that we desire to accomplish. And always remember that no goal or dream is too small!

And sometimes you have to stretch your faith to reach your dreams. That stretch allows you to push and press through challenges and obstacles. When we empower our dreams and goals with faith true transformation happens. Because we are no longer trying to use our own power to make things happen, but faith is our driving force. That can be a real secret to success!

And if things haven’t happen for you yet, a delay is not a denial. You still have so many great things that are waiting for you. So don’t give in and don’t quit! Stay in the boxing ring and defeat the opponent of discouragement. Develop unstoppable confidence and be determined to live from a place of victory. And with that type of mindset you will find yourself getting closer and closer to your dreams and goals with each day that passes.

Do you truly know that you have the power within to live a fulfilled and empowered life? Do you truly know that you are an amazing person filled with destiny and purpose? Do you truly know that it is time to push the fast forward button in your life? Do you truly know that it is your time to experience all of the great things that you deserve? I hope that you answered yes!

And for the record, it doesn’t matter where you have been. What matters is where you are going. So don’t keep a resume listing all of your past mistakes, or any other things that are not going to help you move forward.

Just take a deep breath, believe in yourself and make it happen!

Dr. Shauntel Peak-Jimenez is a Certified Life Coach for women and Certified Coach Trainer. Having a miserable countenance, a poor attitude and a bad physiology never made a good salesperson and it never will.

Your motivation, your mindset and your actions are critical in helping you to achieve your goals and close the sales and build the business that you want. When I am invited to companies one of the most common questions asked by sales managers, sales directors and business owners alike is, “How do I get and keep my sales teams motivated?”

Indeed, one of the most common questions asked of me by salespeople themselves is, “How do I get and keep myself motivated?”

Most people do not understand how and why they get motivated and therefore their motivation levels tend to ebb and flow like the daily tides. Few people have total control of their own motivation levels. Salespeople know that they need to be motivated to sell, they want to be motivated to sell, but often they just cannot maintain that all important motivation to sell.

Motivation tip 1:

Motivation begins and ends with you. You determine your own motivation. Motivation is internal, it’s something that you control; even though you may not realise that this is the case. Many people believe that motivation is something that happens to them. For this reason they and their sales results get buffeted severely throughout life.

Sales superstars do not believe or act this way. Sales superstars know that their personal motivation is down to them. No matter what anyone else does or says they get to choose their own motivation levels. No matter whether they get the deal or they lose the deal, they get to choose their own motivation levels. No matter whether life’s going the way they want or it’s not, they get to choose their own motivation levels. And it’s that choice that sets them apart and defines them as the rock stars of sales.

If you want to join the ranks of the sales rock star elite now then you need to take responsibility for your motivation on a day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute and moment to moment basis…

Step 1 is to decide to do just that. To decide to hold yourself to a higher standard, to decide that nothing short of operating at the optimum level is acceptable for you anymore, to decide that you are a sales rock star.

Step 2 is to employ effective strategies for boosting your motivation and staying on top of your game. One powerful way to get that jolt is by sharing proven techniques so this post is a double whammy – you gain by reading & you gain by sharing.

Start by making a list of ways that you can motivated both yourself and your team and take time to employ them on a daily basis.

Happy selling.
For more free sales training tips from Gavin Ingham visit http://www.gaviningham.com .
Article Source

Discovered Your Invisible Wealth

self improvement

Dead End Job

Discover

Dread

Financial Independence

Helping Others

Income Generation

Investments

Mindset

Money

Multiple Income Streams

New Economy

Retirement

Savings Account

Taking A Chance

Wealth Building

We are currently entering a new economic era. We are reminded every day how uncertain the economy is and how we all need to change our mindset when it comes to our career. No longer are employees destined to work for one employer their entire lives. In fact, if you started working for your employer [...]

We are currently entering a new economic era. We are reminded every day how uncertain the economy is and how we all need to change our mindset when it comes to our career. No longer are employees destined to work for one employer their entire lives. In fact, if you started working for your employer many years ago and now expect them to take care of you when you retire, chances are you will either discover or have discovered that your retirement has shrunk and the company is not going to be by your side.

Do you awaken every morning with dread in your mind? Are you working in a dead-end job because you believe there is nothing better available? Are you scared to check your savings account balance because you do not want to face the fact that the money you planned on having for retirement is now gone? Every day people are watching their investments and savings shirk in value and they are finding themselves with the need to work well into retirement.

We must no longer rely on others to help build our income and provide for our families. We can not rely on others and a bi-weekly pay check to build our income and our wealth. Saving and investing a portion of your pay check is not the answer to long-term wealth and income generation. In order to become independent and financially secure you need to build many different income streams. Why spend your life helping others become rich while you struggle to keep your home? We each must build our own wealth and become self-sufficient in this new economy.

Many people are afraid to start working towards their own financial independence because they are afraid of taking a chance or think they will need to work longer hours then they already are. The secret to invisible wealth is building multiple income streams that will generate enough income to reach your goals without the need to work long hours away from your home and your loved ones. Invisible wealth is easy to achieve, you simply need to understand the process and have the desire to implement the program and make it work for you.

Even if you have a steady full-time job that you enjoy you may find yourself working each day but still struggling to pay the bills. Do you long for the better things in life but are and find unable to afford them? Stop living your life on credit cards and build a great life by building your own invisible wealth system. This system is not difficult to learn or complicated in implementation. You will learn the science behind being great and learn how to implement the process in your life and in your work.

In the past year, we have seen millions of people lose their homes and their possessions to foreclosure and repossession because they were struggling pay check to pay check. You can stop the cycle; you can stop struggling every day to put money in your bosses pocket while you make less money for yourself. Stop struggling every day to work harder and make less money, start working for yourself and start building your invisible wealth.

Building your own business and your own income is easy. You just need to have the knowledge and the right tools. This system of invisible wealth will teach you everything you need to know in order to build your income and attract more customers while avoiding the mistakes that everyone has made in the past. You will learn the science behind the theories used by some of the laziest but riches people today.

The invisible wealth system will teach you how to set your wealth system up and teach you how to monitor it. But you will not need to spend eight or ten hours a day working and monitoring your income streams, once you have the tools and process established you can set it and forget it. You will find yourself making money and building your income even when you’re not actively working your business. Imagine living the lifestyle you have always desired without spending your entire life working.

Creating your own invisible wealth is an easy system that takes a short amount of time to review. You do not need an MBA or advanced degree and you can continue to work your day job while building your invisible wealth. The process and ideas are easy to learn all the steps and tools necessary to get you started are included in our e-book.

Building your own wealth is not as difficult or time consuming as you may believe. Like any good entrepreneur you can get rich by allowing others to do the work for you. Think about a corporation. The CEO makes large decisions and sets the goals for the company but the CEO is not out there selling or talking to every client. CEO get rich off of the work of other people and so can you.

As you build your invisible wealth you too will be building an organization that will work for you and build your income. For many people, the hardest step of this program is stepping back and allowing others to build your income and keep your income streams working for you. But once you spend a month on vacation while still making your income, you too will learn how great life can be and you will not have any issues allowing your organization to work for you.

Income generation is not a difficult process. Once you know the real secret and understand how to use this knowledge, you too can live the life you have always desired. There is a real science behind being great and generating real income. It is easy to learn but you have to be willing to learn the tools and put them into practice. The time investment is short and you will soon find yourself being great and enjoying your life of leisure and luxury.

  -
About the Author:
Dog Lover, Traveler, Foods Lover and Internet MarketerKnow what lunatic? No, this is no pie-in-the-sky dream, instead it’s a movement, a revolution and a powerful one at that! By definition, “movement”; to change position, actions advancing a principle, cause change in those that participate.
I know there will be naysayers and non believers and that’s OK because I’m not talking to you.

However, I know there are those who have vision and a passion for realizing their dreams. Those who have the entrepreneurial spirit and creative mind to see the possibilities and realize the potential in setting this goal.

Imagine just for a moment how it would feel to have everything you wanted in life. What joy and bliss to have the freedom to live life on your terms.

Your success formula will begin by you transforming your thoughts and your mindset to thinking like a millionaire. Millionaires do not focus on lack, they focus on abundance. The more you focus on lack, whether it is money, talent, love or whatever, the less of it you will have. It’s the law of the universe. Remember that your thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions and actions lead to results. In other words,
Your Thoughts Create Your Life.

The reasons for this “movement” go beyond just making money. As Jim Rohn said, “Set a goal to become a millionaire for what it makes of you to achieve it.”

Aside from the money, five very valid reasons are:
1. You will develop the characteristics of a millionaire.
Millionaires have a positive attitude. They are action takers and they are not afraid of failures or mistakes.
2. Becoming a millionaire will boost the economy and strengthen the middle class. Current economic and world events point to the need that we
become more financially independent.
3. Become a millionaire so that you can teach others to become a millionaire. Schools don’t teach people how to become financially educated
so you have a perfect opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise to potentially thousands of people world wide.
4. Become a millionaire to secure financial freedom for you and your family. Think the government will come to your rescue? Think again.
Oscar Wilde said, When I was young, I used to think that money was the most important thing in life. Now that I am old, I know it is.”
5. Jim Rohn said to become a millionaire because of the person You will become. You will increase your value in the market place, to society and
to your family and to yourself.

How will you get there? You will need a vehicle, in other words, a business, a product or invention, or some other plan you are working on. If you already have the vehicle that’s great. You also need a plan or a road map detailing your exact route.
If you are just beginning and need directions and support, read the business plan that I am using.

See You At The Top!

  –
About the Author:
I am Dana Carmichael, entrepreneur and internet business owner. I have a passion for personal development and I am always willing to share knowledge and expertise with others.
I live in Dallas TX. Have you successfully achieved your goals over the past few months?

There is a problem with regard to goal-setting. Some people don’t set goals and others fail to follow through their goals. A fact is, very few people successfully achieve their goals. Goal setting done properly can be very powerful and done incorrectly can set you up for failure and leave you feeling worthless.

Dream BIG dreams but realise that short-term, realistic goals are the keys to success.

I have recently changed my goals time frame to WEEKLY rather than monthly. Why? All the Top Producers in the industry set WEEKLY goals. They are different to the yearly goals as they are more manageable and easily attainable. And as you achieve your goals every week, you gain self-confidence and look forward to meeting the following week’s goals.

If you DON’T meet your weekly goals, it would be easier to back track and establish where you have gone wrong and adjust your course of action in order to achieve the desired results. You certainly won’t have to wait for months or a year to do that.

Another strategy is to work things in reverse. For example, how many product sales or sign ups would it take for you to make say, $10,000 after 90 days? They may be either large or small. We all strive to attain them as best as we can in light of our individual capabilities and resources. You need the right attitude as well as a mindset that allows you to attain them if you truly want to succeed. This can be accomplished in several ways, and you might be surprised to learn that you might have had everything you need to succeed all long.

Visualization is Important-Your goal starts from within. You must be passionate about your goals and strongly want to achieve them. This strong desire will lead you to constantly store ideas and thoughts in your mind that will guide you toward success. If your desire is weak, your results will also be weak, and your path toward achieving success will be longer. The first step is to dream a bit. Take a pencil and paper and write down the things you want to accomplish.

Visualize yourself accomplishing your already set goals. Mental attitude is extremely important and can subconsciously direct your actions toward achieving the goals you establish. Keep pictures of things to help you visualize. Try surfing online for the images to put you onto the right track. If you have difficulty visualizing this way, you might consider consulting a professional.

Create a List-The next step is to develop a list of steps designed to help you achieve your set goals. Creating action steps that ultimately lead to the fulfillment of your main aim is essential. For instance, you will need to create action steps such as investing, saving money, working additional hours, networking and the like if your goal is to get rich.

A highly detailed list is recommended. For example, it is better to write down “To become a millionaire” than simply “Being rich.” Always be specific about your action steps as well. For example, writing down “Save ten dollars every day” is preferable to “Save more money.” In addition, you should create a time line to allow you to complete tasks on schedule. You will accomplish your tasks better by setting some deadlines.

Think About the Good and the Bad-In addition to writing down your list of goals and action steps, you will want to list their advantages once they are accomplished. For example, you could write down “Buy a new Italian sports car,” “Deal with my main nemesis in the office,” etc. You will be more motivated when you write down specific advantages. You can also list the consequences of failure or delay. Some examples of these types of consequences include “Lose my home” or “disappoint my spouse.”

The Attitude to Succeed-The right attitude for success is a mental approach that helps you stick with your goals. Discipline, patience and consistency are the most significant attributes of the right attitude. Discipline is a willingness to forgo some immediate gratifications in order to achieve larger and long lasting benefits in the future. Patience involves waiting for the right opportunity and persevering despite occasional disappointments. Consistency describes the way you work to achieve your goals.

The right attitude can be achieved by speaking with successful people and by finding a partner who will be able to provide motivation when you run into difficulty or obstructions. You need to review your list every so often and make whatever adjustments become necessary over time. Things might change a bit, but you have to stay with your goal, even if you have modified your plan.

  –
About the Author:
The author of this article J. Defined as “the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors”, true success remains elusive for most people – regardless of profession. As a global “overnight sensation” Susan oozed courage, patience and determination in pursuing her personal goal. The truth is that most of us are just too busy being comfortable with where we are, as opposed to taking the risks necessary to be successful.

Never underestimate the power of a positive mindset. The only thing you have control of in your life is your perception. Luckily for Susan Boyle, this is the force that can move mountains. Instill within yourself a positive mindset and you’ve instilled the energy of success. This energy will forever attract its twin. In other words, the energy of success attracts the manifestation of success in actual life. A positive mindset incorporates strong self-belief, drive and determination.

To be successful you must develop your mission statement and break it down into smaller components. It is important to set small goals every day. In this, you are creating the step-by-step process to achieving your greater goals. Once successful patterns are established in your life, everything becomes possible.

When creating a goal-setting routine, set primary objectives in one or two areas to begin. As you start realizing small successes, add more objectives. Take a separate piece of paper for every objective. Clearly write the objective and the deadline for achieving your goal. Next, list the reasons you have for achieving each objective. Many people fail to achieve success simply because they lack clear reasons for doing so. For example, Susan Boyle made it her mission to enter, and win, a singing competition. She carefully planned the daily set of actions that would help her accomplish this mission. Susan did all this as a tribute to her late mother. The more compelling your reasons are, the greater your chances will be for meeting your objectives. Conversely, if you can’t come up with good reasons to do something, you may as well set another objective, as this one won’t be achieved.

Susan Boyle had the clarity of vision in her quest. Define what success means to you and manifest it in your actions. Combat every failing with a positive mindset and you’ll realize that even mistakes are just another step in the right direction. When life doesn’t go your way it’s important not to get discouraged. The less it seems as if things are on the right track, the more you are required to persevere in your endeavor. Commitment means for better or for worse and no business endeavor comes without its lumps. Keep your positive mindset handy against whatever obstacles are thrown in your way.

Susan Boyle practiced her singing diligently and applied to appear on the Britain’s Got Talent television show. Had she not done so she wouldn’t have achieved her goal. As you can see, it takes action to achieve your dreams. Action is the final puzzle piece needed to build success.

Susan Boyle stayed true to her vision and pursued her dream. Remember that everyone suffers before achieving glory.

Karen Newman is the creator of the Experience Mapping concept and book by the same name. Experience Mapping is a process for leveraging past experience into future success.
As a successful business coach and mentor, Karen assists former executives and workforce veterans transition to profitable careers on the Internet. Another man sees the same trees and thinks, “These trees would look good in people’s living rooms at Christmas. I wonder what they would pay for them?”

The first man has an ordinary mind. The second, the mind of a natural-born moneymaker.

In The Prime Movers, Edwin A. Locke provides some interesting insights into the way moneymakers think:

He argues that an active, inquisitive mind is a hallmark of the successful entrepreneur. The most successful entrepreneurs in history, he says, had this sort of mind.

    * Thomas Edison: He was a “virtual thinking machine. Almost until the day he died, his mind poured forth a torrent of ideas, and he might track as many as 60 experiments at a time in his laboratory.”

    * Steve Jobs: He bombarded people with his ideas – his investors, his board of directors, his customers, his subordinates, and his CEO.

    * Henry Ford: “He threw himself into every detail, insisting on getting small things absolutely right… But he never lost sight of the ultimate, overall objection. He had a vision of what his new car (the Model T) should look like. From all the improvisation, hard thought, and hard work came a machine that was at once the simplest and the most sophisticated automobile built to date anywhere in the world.”

This is the first of several essays I’ll be writing on this point: how to think like a multimillionaire (taken from the concepts I’ve learned from 2 multimillioinares that are my personal mentors).

And here’s the goal: to help you discover exactly how they do what they do by figuring out how they think. If you study this and subsequent essays seriously – and implement the suggestions I’ll be making – you may be able to “upgrade” your brain to one that will allow you to have the kind of life they enjoy.

To get started, here are some observations I’ve made from studying my two multimillionaire mentors and from reading about great wealth builders like Jobs and Edison and Ford.

1. A “normal” person is concerned with protecting his ego. When dealing with a problem he doesn’t really understand, he pretends he understands the contributing factors and doesn’t try to find out what anyone else thinks. A person with a multimillionaire mind asks questions incessantly. He has no ego when it comes to learning. He knows that knowledge is power.

2. A “normal” person has a consumer mentality. He looks at a hot new product and thinks about how he would like to own one. A person with a multimillionaire mind has an entrepreneurial men-tality. He looks at it and thinks, “How can I produce this or something similar in my own industry?”

3. A “normal” person is wish-focused. He daydreams about making gobs of money. A person with a multimillionaire mind is reality-based. He is always analyzing his own success and the success of others and wondering how he could learn from it.

4. A “normal” person, when confronted with a challenging idea, thinks of all the reasons why it might not work. A person with a multimillionaire mind sees the potential in it and disregards the problems until he has a clear vision of how it might succeed.

5. A “normal” person resists change. A person with a multimillionaire mind embraces it.

6. A “normal” person accepts the status quo. A person with a multimillionaire mind is always looking to make things – even good things – better.

7. A “normal” person reacts. A person with a multimillionaire mind is proactive.

8. A “normal” person looks at a successful business owner and thinks, “That guy’s lucky.” Or “That guy’s a shyster.” A person with a multimillionaire mind thinks, “What’s his secret?” And, “How can I do that?”

Most importantly, a person with a multimillionaire’s mind likes living like a multimillionaire. He doesn’t shortchange himself when it comes to comfort and luxury. Rather than believing always that pain leads to gain, he thinks, “If I’m smart I can have my cake and eat it too.

You can start your mental transformation by studying this list and assessing your own impulses. Be honest. Identify the habits you don’t have and try to develop them. Rather than think of this process as work, think of it as fun.

You best life now begins with a decision…

Over 90% of network marketers quit the business within the first 3 months. How many times have you felt stumped knowing that the problem laying before you is one you cannot solve. No leads. No options. No solutions.

Did it feel like you had exhausted all possible options and yet are still before the mountain – large, unconquerable, and impregnable? When encountering such enormous problems, you may feel like you’re hammering against a steel mountain. The pressure of having to solve such a problem may be overwhelming.

But rejoice! There might be some hope yet!

With some creative problem-solving techniques you may be able to look at your problem in a different light. And that light might just be the end of the tunnel that leads to possible solutions.

First of all, in the light of creative problem-solving, you must be open-minded to the fact that there may be more than just one solution to the problem. And, you must be open to the fact that there may be solutions to problems you thought were unsolvable.

Now, with this optimistic mindset, we can try to be a little bit more creative in solving our problems.

Number one; maybe the reason we cannot solve our problems is that we have not really taken a hard look at what the problem is. Here, trying to understanding the problem and having a concrete understanding of its workings is integral solving the problem. If you know how it works, what the problem is, then you have a better foundation towards solving the problem.

Not trying to make the simple statement of what problem is. Try to identify the participating entities and what their relationships with one another are. Take note of the things you stand to gain any stand to lose from the current problem. Now you have a simple statement of what the problem is.

Number two; try to take note of all of the constraints and assumptions you have the words of problem. Sometimes it is these assumptions that obstruct our view of possible solutions. You have to identify which assumptions are valid, in which assumptions need to be addressed.

Number three; try to solve the problem by parts. Solve it going from general view towards the more detailed parts of the problem. This is called the top-down approach. Write down the question, and then come up with a one-sentence solution to that from them. The solution should be a general statement of what will solve the problem. From here you can develop the solution further, and increase its complexity little by little.

Number four; although it helps to have critical thinking aboard as you solve a problem, you must also keep a creative, analytical voice at the back of your head. When someone comes up with a prospective solution, tried to think how you could make that solution work. Try to be creative. At the same time, look for chinks in the armor of that solution.

Number five; it pays to remember that there may be more than just one solution being developed at one time. Try to keep track of all the solutions and their developments. Remember, there may be more than just one solution to the problem.

Number six; remember that old adage,” two heads are better than one.” That one is truer than it sounds. Always be open to new ideas. You can only benefit from listening to all the ideas each person has. This is especially true when the person you’re talking to has had experience solving problems similar to yours.

You don’t have to be a gung-ho, solo hero to solve the problem. If you can organize collective thought on the subject, it would be much better.

Number seven; be patient. As long as you persevere, there is always a chance that a solution will present itself. Remember that no one was able to create an invention the first time around.

Creative thinking exercises can also help you in your quest be a more creative problems solver.

Here is one example.

Take a piece of paper and write any word that comes to mind at the center. Now look at that word then write the first two words that come to your mind. This can go on until you can build a tree of related words. This helps you build analogical skills, and fortify your creative processes.

So, next time you see a problem you think you can not solve, think again. The solution might just be staring you right in the face. All it takes is just a little creative thinking, some planning, and a whole lot of work.

Don’t Focus on Failure

relationships

Adults

Article Source

Bicycle

Bicycles

Consulting Services

Experiences

Failure

Gentle Yoga

Henry Ford

Hot Yoga

Learning Curve

Lesson Plan

Mindset

Pitfalls

Self Esteem

Thought Patterns

Traps

Wright Brothers

Yoga Class

Yoga Teachers

Internal defeat is a mindset, where you begin to believe that most new ideas will fail. You might think -”After all, what I tried in last week’s Yoga class, failed.”

You will always learn from mistakes. When you see them clearly as a test, examine the results, and study them closely for the reason why they went wrong.

Whether it is a lesson plan, trying mantras, Hot Yoga, Gentle Yoga, a pro shop, or trying anything new, it is better to make mistakes than do nothing at all.

Some of the most successful Yoga teachers, I know, deal with mistakes as part of the learning curve. They turn all of their defeats into learning experiences. This is extremely powerful when you consider the cost of learning anything of value.

After all, what did you spend on your education, so far? Did you think you would stop learning at a certain point in life? Did you learn from your past mistakes? Of course you did, and now you are stronger due to the corrective adjustments, you have made.

When a child learns to ride a bicycle, there are plenty of falls along the way, and then the falling stops. However, even skilled adults fall off bicycles, sometimes.

So, don’t take past failures personally. Put them behind you and learn from each one.

Henry Ford and the Wright Brothers had failures, but nobody seems to remember that. Just like them, you are not a failure, but you may have failed in the past, just like they did. When you get down on yourself, look back at what you have accomplished.

When you take on your next project, do the research first, assemble a team, make a full commitment to succeed, and never mentally quit before you start.

Lastly, whenever it is possible, learn from the mistakes of others. This is why Yoga businesses approach me for consulting services: To save money by avoiding known mistakes, pitfalls, and traps.

For a complimentary video on destroying negative thought patterns please visit www.self-esteem-activation.com

Article Source:http://www.articlesbase.com/motivational-articles/dont-focus-on-failure-1518393.html
