In this day and age, it is not surprising to see how pervasive low self esteem has become. In an age where girls and women alike suffer from some form of eating disorders brought on by issues with their self image, self esteem related problems have definitely become a major issue. In America alone, 20 percent of college women suffer from bulimia. This is the age where many feel the need to be slim and trim and beautiful in order to be accepted by society at large.

The truth is, low self esteem can be caused by a great number of things. Feelings of jealousy, envy, emotional insecurity, loneliness, guilt, and even self pity can contribute to low self esteem. Symptoms of low self esteem include denial, the inability to express one’s feelings, a heavy dependence on others to feel good about one’s self, blaming others for one’s misfortunes, and not having personal boundaries.

Low self esteem is really about not valuing or having high regard for one’s self. People suffering from low self esteem feel inferior, as though they are not in charge of their lives. They feel victimized, ostracized from society, and unimportant to everyone around them. Because it affects their subconscious, low self esteem is really a deep-seated phenomenon that has its origins in one’s formative years as a child, and is often not an easy problem to fix.

People suffering from self pity tend to be manipulative, using their belief of low self worth to get what they want out of other people. They become almost like parasites, clinging onto the good will of others and becoming dependent on them just to get through their lives. Obviously this would breed negativity in any sort of relationship. Similarly, jealousy can also cause negativity when used as a tool of manipulation.

Some might consider the heavy dependence on others a disease, but in all actuality, it is not by definition a disease. It is a condition affecting the emotional and behavioural aspects of a person that is developed over time and learned, and it affects one’s ability of having healthy relationships or any relationships to speak of. Symptoms of this condition include guilt when expressing honest thoughts, giving more than one receives, and suffering from emotional hurt easily when one’s effort is not seen as significant or even recognised.

The factors contributing to emotional insecurity include a lack of a healthy balance between work and family and one’s self, the fear of intimacy with loved ones, and needing some form of validation in life through drama.

Overcoming these symptoms of low self esteem is crucial if you are aiming to live a healthy, well-adjusted life as an adult. If you are unsure of what to do to improve your relationships with those around you and your feelings of insecurity and self worth, always seek help, from loved ones or even a healthcare professional. The number one mistake people tend to make is believing that they can overcome this problem alone. Low self esteem is a condition that is affecting millions around the world every single day, and recognising the symptoms will definitely go a long way in preventing and overcoming the condition.

Are you the type of person that shares everything bit of assets with your friends?

Do they have a fit when you don’t share your funds with them? Or do they want to know your every move when you have money?

Well in cases like this, when it comes to money and friendships, those two just don’t mix well at all.

Note; there’s nothing perfect in this world and some people don’t know how to respond and share the love, so they act crazy and want to take over as far as the assets even when you offer them money or like to take advantage of you, but trust to know; when people know that you have money, things are bound to happen and not really in a good way either so in other words, money is the root of all evil and then you have the jealous person that does spiteful things when you have money to either ruin your life just because you have more money than them and not caring about how you feel and what you had to sacrifice to get that money or how much you saved and how long it took you to get it or how hard you worked to succeed into getting your money because they just want to come into your circle and take over what you have or just go the distance to fill your shoes or take your money or even go as far as killing you for it.

With every little situation, there’s always a mentally envisioned unequal equation, people deeply and wishfully wants more for their personal self and it is hard to get a fair division because 50/50 doesn’t exist and when you ask someone to split anything that belongs to the two they are either out for themselves a little more or because of the guilt of the greed that they know what’s inside, might cut you a little more and cut themsleves a little less. So whether you entertain the personal greed or the guilt of it, the vision is 50/50 and you know that there’s always greed with money.

We understand that there’s a driving force and all of our actions, we could break it down in many details or we could admit to ourselves that it’s mind over matter, spiritual over mental and from the bottom to the top.

Let’s admit to ourselves that we’ve been in competitions with everything around us and everyone around us for a long as you had a memory at least the first breath of air we took on this earth.

Now knowing is half the battle now that we admit if we could be more friendly with it,  and pay attention to the fact that we have the same incompetitiveness and be careful, someone we should care for anyway and be more of a good sport person and know that every dog has its day and everyone needs their day and truly supports each other around, then the money will just be a useful tool, but until we got our minds right and we are tight, money will never be right, it would be like a disease that makes the world go round, but it sounds like doom to me.

Know that:Money can always be replaced, but great friendships and friends itself could never be reapired if damaged over a money issue or if bridges are burned over that.

Now the way money and friendships do mix is if your friends are making money as well and when they find out that you have money and they, don’t they will either try to get inside your pockets or try to just gain off the top, but a true friend will always try to help you manage your funds.

Now if you don’t know how to seperate money from your friends, you will be in a world of trouble and once money gets involved, ppeople will do anything for it with too much temptation, but you have to know when to seperate the two and don’t mix one with the other.

In other words: Do a strong evaluation!
