Values In Our Experiences Define Our Personal Growth

What is core values and why are they important?

First they show excellence , righteousness and pure goodness, or corruption, betrayal and dishonesty.(Sometimes a combination of both leaning one way or the other more.) Your values come from influences such as parents, friends, colleagues, teachers, school relationships, church, and how your personality was threaded at birth. As you grow you become more defined in your core values and personal values become a permanent part of your thoughts and actions. Your core values defines how you know and believe in yourself.

What is core values and why are they important?

Your personal growth can get on track or off track with the consequences of living. Surviving a complex, stressful world depends on the negative or positive programming from the effects of the world and how you inherited the gene to survive.

What are some of the influences we gain from life?

Many parents lose their temper and strike their children , and we teach our children it is OK to strike someone in anger. Constant threats without follow through causes us to doubt the credibility of the threat. Fear of harsh punishment from a parents rage makes it safer to offer an excuse or blame someone else. A child then learns to lie. The list goes on and on.

Walking away with anger doesn’t change a child’s behavior because a child really needs a parent to help and it only leaves a lasting memory not to turn to you when they need help in the future. Not helping can crush their spirit and destroy your relationship with your child. A child grows up feeling insecurity. Constant being accused and being considered guilty until proven innocent can have devastating effects in a person’s life and self respect can suffer drastically. Misbehavior occurs throughout childhood as a necessary part of testing limits and learning behavior and its how we respond that shapes who we are and who we will become.

It is when you know a person’s background that you really know the person. How they respond to life is based on their childhood and experiences they have had. Every person is different because no two people ever share the same experiences. Their core values were started when their DNA wrapped and a new life emerged. The life they were exposed to, as they grew, molded and formed a completely unique personality that defines who they are. The mental equivalent to a good or bad soul.
